Event information changes
Organizers can change dates, prices, venues, age rules, schedules, and cancellation status after publication. NearbyVibz is a discovery service, not the event organizer. The official organizer, venue, registration, or ticket page controls when information differs.
Tickets, maps, and outside services
NearbyVibz does not currently sell event tickets. Links may lead to third-party organizers, ticket platforms, maps, or booking services with their own terms, fees, refund rules, and privacy practices. Review those details before purchasing or traveling.
Submissions and corrections
Only submit information you are allowed to share. By sending an event lead or correction, you allow us to review, edit, verify, publish, or decline that material. Do not submit private personal information, confidential documents, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Fair use of the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, collect personal information, generate fraudulent ad activity, or republish the full database as a competing feed. Normal search-engine crawling and sharing links to public pages are welcome when done responsibly.
Commercial disclosures
Sponsored placements and affiliate links are labeled. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a favorable review or remove the requirement for accurate event information.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sun Ryse Software LLC is not responsible for organizer changes, canceled events, travel costs, third-party transactions, injuries, or losses caused by relying on information that should have been confirmed with the official provider.
