Before you make a plan

• Match your badge days to the official guest and programming schedule. The organizer notes that guest appearances vary and that many larger guests do not appear on Monday.
• Plan time for badge pickup: the 2027 ticket page directs attendees to bring their QR code to the Courtland Grand Hotel. Check current pickup hours before arrival.
• Read the membership terms before buying. The organizer says memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be moved to the following year.
